• Barrier spray treatments applied every three weeks during the active season
• Tick and flea control treatments
• Special event mosquito protection
• Free property assessments and estimates
• Seasonal protection plans

Service availability, scheduling, and treatment methods are subject to change based on weather conditions, seasonal factors, and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual property size, condition, and service requirements determined during the initial assessment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Promotional offers and discounts are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of the offer and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time. You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance at (631) 335-2309.

Mosquito Dee reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at a convenient time.

5. Treatment Results & Guarantees

While our treatments are designed to significantly reduce mosquito, tick, and flea populations on your property, we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all pests. Results may vary depending on environmental factors, neighboring properties, weather conditions, and the presence of standing water or other breeding habitats.

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results of a treatment, contact us within 5 days and we will re-treat your property at no additional charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results from our treatments, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
• Ensure access to the treatment areas on scheduled appointment days
• Remove or secure pets and children from treatment areas during and immediately after application as directed by our technician
• Inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, or special conditions that may affect treatment
• Address standing water and other breeding habitats on your property as recommended

7. SMS/Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive service-related SMS communications from Mosquito Dee, including appointment reminders, service confirmations, follow-up messages, and review requests.

Mosquito Dee is not responsible for damage to plants, landscaping, or property that may occur as a result of treatments applied in accordance with standard industry practices and product label instructions.
